All Sales Include
- We don't ask for any money up-front
- Members of our team will meet you at the property site to answer any questions and go over our contract if you choose us to host your sale.
- We advertise in a variety of media outlets including Facebook, Craigslist, Local Newspapers and a variety of other sources, we will utilize all available resources in the area in order to increase the exposure of your sale and the contents!
- Use multiple resources to ensure accurate and fair pricing of your assets.
- Arrange charitable donation of remaining contents. and leave home broom swept.
- Assure location is in real estate/rental ready condition after completion of sale.
- We have a well sized team and have a team member in every room to ensure the security of all assets during the sale., along with any questions buyers might have
